低血糖性脑损害研究进展

摘要:
血糖是维持大脑功能的主要能量来源,临床上低血糖性脑功能异常可表现为烦躁、头晕、嗜睡,偏瘫、失语、癫痫等,甚至昏迷死亡.病理观察发现大脑皮质、海马、尾状核是低血糖时最易受损的部位.持续而严重的低血糖可使脑组织代谢发生紊乱,主要表现为突触间隙兴奋性神经递质聚集、大量活性氧(ROS)激活、二磷酸腺苷核糖多聚酶-1(PARP-1)激活等.动物实验表明谷氨酸受体阻滞剂、依地酸钙二钠(CaEDTA)、丙酮酸盐、环孢素和左旋肉碱等可明显减少低血糖时的神经元死亡,对脑组织起到保护作用.
