Rheb基因研究进展

摘要:
结节性硬化症的致病基因TSC1和TSC2编码的错构瘤蛋白和结节蛋白具有肿瘤抑制作用,是细胞生长和增殖的重要调节因子.近年来研究发现,TSC1和TSC2调控的下游因子Rheb在结节性硬化症的致病机制中起着重要作用,参与细胞的生长、增殖、分化等重要细胞进程.该文对Rheb在细胞信号转导、调控细胞内氨基酸水平以及细胞周期等方面的分子生物学作用进行综述.
